A historical look at Hong Kong

Randall van der Woning, a Canadian photographer and writer, is the author of the website BWG: Adventures of a BigWhiteGuy living in Hong Kong. Mostly, it’s a blog, with vignettes about life in that dynamic city.

Among Randall’s photo albums are old photographs he has collected and arranged chronologically, and his own more recent photos, arranged thematically. The pictures, like the blog text, reveal the sharp eye of an inquisitive foreigner.
